 This year we have been learning about Te Whare Tapa Wha and how it helps us. We made a slide to show the things we do to help us for each part. We need to keep all parts of our whare strong to be happy, healthy and safe

Basic Facts Term 4

We enjoy practising our basic facts each day using Prototec.  We also try and beat the clock on paper throughout the year.  Here is my Term 4 results.  I am proud of my score .

Thank You Letter

A few weeks ago, instead of our camp to Coopers Beach, we went on a day trip to Kawakawa and had a sleepover at school. Our awesome parent helpers came along to supervise us. Here is a letter I wrote to say thank you.

Life Education

 Last week we visited the Life Education Caravan.  We were learning about Te Whare Tapa Wha and Resilience.  Here is a google draw we made up to help us think and remember what resilience is.

For T-Shaped literacy we got to learn about Conservation.  Here is a create task I made.  It is an animation.  1 thing I enjoyed was making the characters.  1 thing I learned was wild pigs destroy the native bush.

 We have been learning to describe and name shapes in Maths using their Te reo names and asking questions in Te reo Māori. Here is some of my work.
